Screen Inks

Whites

• Excel White 84F - Fast flashing, high opacity and bright standard underlay white, ready for use and very easy printing with no troublesome build up. Can also be used as a top white.
• Spring White - Fast flashing, high opacity and bright white, ready for use, easy printing and offering an excellent soft hand.

These whites can also be used in the mixing of colours to obtain excellent results.

Clears

• G-Paste - Is a glitter base offering a high gloss , high stretch crystal clear print, allowing for excellent glitter sparkle. Printed in most instances over a white underlay .
• C-Paste - Is also a glitter base offering a high gloss, high stretch crystal clear print, allowing for excellent glitter sparkle. This product is, however, of a lower theology , printed direct to fabric giving a more real look and feel to the glitter print.
• Trans-T Paste - A clear base used to soften and enhance the hand of prints.

Colours

We are in the process of producing a range of colours and at present are only able to offer 2 colours. We envisage having the complete colour range available by the end of 2009.

• Bright Red - A yellow shade red of high opacity ,excellent brightness and good soft hand. Ready for use, easy to print and with no troublesome build-up.
• Lemon Yellow - A green shade yellow, high opacity, brightness and good soft hand. Ready for use, trouble free printing and build-up.

Additives

• Liquid reducer - A clear liquid used to reduce the viscosity of a product. Recommended no more than 3% of the total mass otherwise a reduction in cure can occur.
• Thickener - A powder used to thicken any ink should the need arise.
• Curable reducer - a viscosity reducing product which will cure when subjected to heat. When added, a balance is maintained in both resin and plasticizer but opacity will decrease with increase usage. Generally, 10 - 15 percent is recommended.
• Puff Additive - Used to create the puffed look on garments. Added at approximately 15% by weight.
